Product swapping to keep high ratings

I'm starting to see products swap out to something else completely unrelated and somehow able to keep the reviews--which are generally high rated. It's passing through ReviewMeta undetected as well. This product is an example:

if you look at the Customer images... its not the same product. they switched it and kept the reviews. This needs to be spotted with ReviewMeta algorithm as a major major red flag because currently the results are saying they are genuine reviews.
