What is ReviewMeta?
ReviewMeta is a tool that analyzes existing product reviews on 3rd party sites (such as Amazon) and helps you identify potentially unnatural patterns.
Does WARN/FAIL mean fake reviews? No. We aren’t able to determine if a review is "fake" or not; we can only say if it appears to be created in an unnatural pattern. Yes, "fake" reviews typically leave an unnatural pattern, but so do incentivized reviews, brands that aggressively request feedback, and much more. See more on why we look for "Unnatural" and not "Fake" reviews here.
Does WARN/FAIL mean the product is a scam? No. A Fail or Warn does NOT mean that there is something wrong with the product or brand. It simply means that our algorithm (which is an estimate) has noticed some unnatural patterns in the review data. We have zero experience with the actual product itself.
Is ReviewMeta affiliated with any product or brand? No.
Does ReviewMeta guarantee the data is 100% correct? No. Our algorithm is an estimate - there’s really no way to tell with 100% certainty if a review is honest or not. This is why we show all our work. We want to provide some additional information to help you make your own purchase decisions.
We get it. Ads are annoying and nobody clicks on them anyway. (We use adblock too) However, servers and staff are expensive! We are not going to ask you for money or banner clicks. Instead, we ask that you please share our site. Letting other people know about our tool is much more valuable to us than a few ad impressions.
